Riccardo Tisci, Burberry's Creative Director, has resigned

After five years of creativity, Riccardo Tisci, Chief Creative Officer of Burberry, is stepping down, and leaving Burberry.

With the London Fashion Show last Monday, and through the Spring-Summer XNUMX collection, Riccardo Tisci concluded his career at the house.

Riccardo Tisci said: "Burberry is a very special place, a magical past, and a very promising future. The chapter he asked me to value is a long story, of which I am incredibly proud, and I decided to conclude and crown my career with it on Monday."

He continued by thanking the past and present work team, collaborators and friends of the brand.

Jonathan Ackroyd commented: “Ricardo has played a pivotal role in positioning Burberry, improving our creative language, raising the bar for our products, and attracting a new generation of luxury customers to our brand.

He continued by thanking him for his creative leadership and wishing him success in his future.

Ricciardo had presented his last collection in an exceptional show between Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks, after canceling his show in London to mourn the death of Queen Elizabeth.
