1) The bathroom is heated by leaving the hot water to fill the bathtub with closing all the air outlets in the bathroom (door and windows) until it is filled with steam, so that the body perspires, and if the bathtub is not available in the bathroom, you can wash your body with hot water for 10 minutes.

2) Entering the bathtub filled with hot water for 10 minutes according to the tolerance of the skin, then you must get out of the water and sit on a chair outside the bathtub.

3) Mix Moroccan soap with lemon juice and henna in hot water until a slightly liquid mixture is obtained, then paint the body and face with the mixture, focusing on the oily areas of the face, and leave the mixture on the body for 10 minutes, as for the face, it must be washed immediately and repeated Again because facial skin is more sensitive than the rest of the body.

4) Rinse the body with hot water well with Moroccan loofah rubbing from bottom to top to stimulate blood circulation in the body. They start first with the face, then the neck and chest, then the abdomen, then the hands, then the legs and feet, then the back. Focus on the rough and dark areas of the skin, such as the elbows and knees, to get rid of dead cells.

5) If you have black heads in the face, they are removed in this step where the pores of the skin are open as a result of hot water, the black heads are removed by wrapping a paper tissue or a sterile cotton cloth on the index finger of each hand, then squeezing each bead to remove all What's inside, focusing on the nose, sides, chin, and then the rest of the face.

10) Apply Vaseline or moisturizing cream to the feet to maintain their smoothness after the bath.

Note: The Moroccan bath is repeated for the bride once or more every week about a month before the wedding ceremony to get the best result on the wedding day.
