This sweet, slightly tart fruit belongs to the same family as peaches and plums, and it is believed that it was first grown in Central Asia.

In fact, the apricot is one of the fruits that are most associated with the world of cosmetics and beauty due to its moisturizing and nourishing effect on the skin and its ability to resist wrinkles that appear on the skin, so it is used in the manufacture of some cosmetics, and apricot oil is also used to care for the face and body.

And if you want to make an excellent mask for the smoothness of the facial skin and its resistance to wrinkles, here is this effective mask:
Firstly Put an appropriate amount of ripe apricot fruits in the blender and put an appropriate amount of water, then start making the mixture.
Second Peel the avocado and cut it into several parts and put it in the blender, then repeat the mixture.
Third Put a small amount of pure olive oil in the blender, then repeat the mixing.
Use this resulting mixture as a face mask by distributing it all over the face and neck as well. Keep the mask for 45 minutes, then rinse your face with water. Repeat this mask twice a week, preferably in the evening before bedtime to get better results.

Apricots are one of the foods rich in a type of water-soluble fiber called pectin, which is the same type of fiber found in apples. The presence of this type of fiber turns after dissolving in the water in the intestines into a gelatinous mass that reduces the absorption of cholesterol. The intestines are free of harmful sediment and waste, and this latter effect is likely the reason why the availability of this type of fiber in the daily diet reduces the chances of colon cancer.
