1- Anise:
A drink that improves blood circulation to the brain and increases the ability to retrieve information.
2- Ginger:
Some studies have shown that those who used to drink ginger regularly help focus and creativity in obtaining and retrieving information.
3- Orange, lemon and guava juice:
They are drinks that contain vitamin C, which works to strengthen memory.
