Wael Kfoury's marriage, and who is Shana Abboud, the woman his heart chose?

Fan pages of the artist, Wael Kfoury, circulated a picture of him with a girl, who was mentioned as Shana Abboud, and indicated that Kfoury was recently associated with her.

The pages, in this news, were based on the photo published by a friend of Kfoury, the poet Habib Bou Antoun, and attached to it with verses of poetry that he gifted to them: “Oh, moon, shine the astronomy, according to the opinion of astronomers, the kingdom wants a king, and the king bedouin is a queen.”
