Kanye West mentions Kim Kardashian in the lyrics of his new song 

Kanye West hasn't released his new album yet, Donda, but at the album's second listening party, fans realized that some lyrics had been updated, detailing his life with Kim Kardashian.

 The song "Love Unconditionally" appears to be about Kim and the end of their marriage.

"I'm losing my family/ I'm losing my family/ I'm losing my family," says the lyrics to the song Veena, sung by Kanye in the original song's lyrics. Later he sang, "She's yelling at me / 'Honey, why would you leave?'" “

“Love Unconditionally” begins with Kanye's late mother, Donda, giving advice. “Two lessons he passed on to his sons,” she says. The first is that no matter what happens, you never give up on your family. The second is that no matter what, you love unconditionally.”

 The song's new lyrics have Kanye Rap, "I'm losing all my family/Come back to me."

 There is also a song titled "Lord I Need You" which apparently refers to his divorce, "Time and space are luxury, but you came here to show that you still love me", apparently referring to Kim's presence at the album listening parties in Atlanta.
