Green tea not only has mind- and body-enhancing properties. It can also benefit the skin, which is why it is often included as an ingredient in many types of beauty products.
Benefits of green tea for the skin: 
  1.  Protects from skin cancer
  2.  Fights premature aging
  3.  Reduces redness and irritation
  4.  treats acne
  5.  moisturizes the skin

Ingredients : 
  •  1 tbsp. of green tea
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  •  water (optional)
 How to make a green tea mask for the face? 
  1.  Boil a cup of green tea, and let it steep for about an hour. Allow the tea bag to cool, then break the tea bag and separate the green tea leaves.
  2.  Put the leaves in a mixing bowl and add baking soda and honey to make a paste. If the mixture is too thick, add a few drops of water.
  3. Clean your skin with a towel dampened with hot water before applying the mask
  4.  Once your face is clean, apply the mask evenly to your face, massaging gently to remove dead skin cells and dirt from your pores.
  5.  Leave the mask on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
  6.  For best results, you can apply the mask one to three times a week.
If you are allergic to baking soda, you can replace it with sugar and lemon drops .
