Who is the heroic cyber expert who stopped the massive cyber attack
The British expert who stopped the recent global cyber attack, Marcus Hutchins, revealed that he was expelled from school after being accused of hacking, and that he failed to obtain a high school diploma in information technology.
Marcus Hutchins, who has prevented more than 100 computers worldwide from being exposed to the risk of cyberattack, was summoned long ago to the office of the chief instructor at Ilfracombe Academy, where he was asked to provide a detailed explanation of why the school's network was down at the time.
Marcus, 22, denied his connection to Internet hacking at the school at the time, as he was using a "proxy" server to break the rules and controls imposed on the Internet at the school.
Marcus added, “The server at the school was attacked, the network stopped working, and I was actually online at the time. The administration turned in some papers showing that I was using the Internet and chatting with my friends on the school network, so I was excluded for a sin I did not commit.”
The young "hero" was forced to leave school for a week, in early spring of 2010, while teachers refused to comment on the incident.
