Benefits of breakfast on dates in Ramadan

Why did the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, invite us to break the fast with dates, and what are the benefits of breaking the fast with this fruit?

The date fruit has many health benefits due to its richness in high nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals, in addition to magnesium, manganese, copper and sulfur.

Dates are one of the most important foods that the fasting person is advised to eat in the month of Ramadan, as the fasting person needs to break the fast with a high percentage of mono sugar to raise his sugar level, as dates are one of the highest calorie-containing fruits besides olives.

Studies have proven that breakfast with dates has many health benefits:-

Dates are easy to digest, which does not burden the stomach of the fasting person.
Eating dates reduces the intensity of hunger in the fasting person, which limits excessive food, which leads to digestive disorders.
Dates help prepare the stomach to receive food after its inactivity, in addition to activating the release of digestive secretions.
Dates are rich in sugary substances that provide the body with the most important nutrients, as sugar cannot be dispensed with as a nutrient for brain and nerve cells.
Dates protect the fasting person from constipation in Ramadan as a result of changing eating times or as a result of not getting enough amounts of fiber.
Studies have shown that eating dates is beneficial for pregnant and lactating women, as dates contain some stimulants that help in strengthening the muscles of the uterus, and dates containing 80% of sugar are an ideal food to provide lactating women with the necessary energy.
