How do you use social media tactfully?

Etiquette is evolving with the needs of the people. As our social life develops, we must develop our methods of dealing with people in an appropriate and correct manner. These are some of the rules for the correct use of social networking sites:

• The preference is always for the person in front of you, that is, do not use your phone to conduct chats with people while you are with people, except in the case of urgent necessity and for only a few seconds.
• Social networking sites are not for displaying your personal life, that is, avoid posting pictures of what you eat, a picture of coffee, or what you wore.... This is what Oxford University called in a study of it “over sharing.”

• Not to conduct chats on business websites, but to send a message only in the field of work in which the website is concerned
• Not to use emojis as a symbol of kiss and hearts in work emails
• Do not send a message or post on social media in a state of anger or under the influence of alcoholic drinks...so as not to give the impression in public that you are not fully conscious, which negatively affects people's view of you. You are indispensable.
• Using Google during work hours only to search for work-related matters only, so many companies are giving a warning to their employees for anyone who uses Google during work hours to search for matters not related to work.

• We don't put bad news on our personal accounts
• Chatting with friends on Facebook is not an acquired right. A friend on Facebook does not mean that he is an actual friend, so it is not permissible to exceed the cost barrier.
• If you want to announce your separation with someone, this is not done through social media, but only with the people concerned.
• Not to use SMS with the employer unless necessary.
