How to reduce inflammation in the body with food

Inflammation in the body can be avoided or reduced by including a few anti-inflammatory herbs and spices in our daily diet. The list of anti-inflammatory herbs and spices that can be taken daily includes:

1- Turmeric

Turmeric is very popular around the world. It is rich in curcumin, an antioxidant known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric can be taken with black pepper to increase the body's absorption of curcumin.

Black pepper is rich in its antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also very effective in treating many digestive problems.

3- cardamom

Cardamom has a sweet and aromatic flavour. Research results have shown that cardamom helps reduce inflammation and is beneficial in some cases of fatty liver.

4- Cinnamon

Eating cinnamon reduces inflammation, according to the results of several scientific studies, but experts recommend eating small amounts of cinnamon to get good results without any side effects.
