Important tips for a deep and restful sleep
When you don't get enough sleep, your mind and body don't get the necessary rest, energy back, and do our business properly the next day.
If you spend 4 out of 8 hours in bed tossing and turning, you may not feel very comfortable
So we have to make some changes in creating a more comfortable sleeping environment.
These following tips can make a big difference to your quality of sleep :
temperature :
A cooler room and bed can reduce night sweats and improve sleep. So try to keep your bedroom thermostat set to 65 degrees.
the light :
Turning off all electronic devices, using blackout curtains, and using very dim lights at night will improve your comfort.
take a hot bath :
When exposed to hot water, this improves blood circulation, relaxes the body and feels calm
Made up bed:
You certainly don't see clutter in your sleep, but it can have an effect on your comfort. For better sleep, try to make your bed every day.
