Some even develop post-graduation depression, which means they feel extremely frustrated, tired, or unmotivated, and begin to have difficulty at work and in daily life. Once you throw your graduation cap in the air, you may face a host of social and financial challenges. Emotional and even existential at the same time.
It is normal to feel tired or stressed during transitional periods. But if you spend most of your day in bed, or feel very dazed and can't focus, something more serious could happen.
