The MTV screen announced the necessity of entering a complete state of emergency in order to preserve the safety of citizens, who are called to adhere to staying in their homes and not to move except for extreme necessities.

And quoting the MTV website, that unnamed politicians have been infected with the Corona virus: In the past few days, more than one rumor has spread about Lebanese politicians being infected with the Corona virus, which was denied by the politicians who were covered by these rumors.

However, an informed source confirmed to MTV that more than one Lebanese politician underwent tests to ensure that he was not infected with the virus, and even three party officials were quarantined for days in order to ensure that they were not infected.

The source indicated that a former minister was among those who were subjected to quarantine, and it was later found that he was infected with the virus, but he was not transferred to Rafic Hariri University Hospital.

He pointed out that the former minister, who also holds a party responsibilities, is undergoing treatment in a hospital on the outskirts of Beirut, and his name was not mentioned on the list of those officially infected with the virus.
