How do we make oat milk at home?
Soak oats or whole grains in water for 4-6 hours
Then, add the water and oats to the blender
Mix this mixture for about a minute.
At this point, strain the oats and water through a cloth.
Store the remaining milk in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
It should keep good for 2-3 days and should be kept in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
