what are the reasons of hairfall?

There are 50 to 100 hairs that fall out daily, and new hairs replace them, which is normal, and other cells fall out in the body, and new cells replace them daily.
There are many reasons behind hair loss and lack of abundance, including genetic factors with an increase in male hormones. Or increase the sensitivity of its receptors in the hair follicle. Usually, there is a small percentage of male hormones in a woman’s body. If it exceeds its normal level, or increases the sensitivity of its receptors in the hair follicles, it leads to the loss of head hair, and the appearance of hair on the face and unwanted places such as the chest.
A decrease in the level of estrogen leads to hair loss. When the level of estrogen in a woman’s body decreases, this leads to hair loss, as it occurs at the end of pregnancy, or after two to three months of stopping taking hormonal birth control pills. However, this loss does not stop, and then the hair returns to its previous condition. But the lack of estrogen associated with menopause leads to permanent hair problems.
A woman who suffers from hair loss should consult a dermatologist to identify the causes of hair loss before using any product, because there are many reasons behind hair loss, such as:
Functional metabolic disorder inside the body, such as pregnancy, strong emotional outbursts, strict diet, anemia, lack of thyroid hormones, major surgery, severe bacteremia, high fever. Or medications such as high doses of vitamin A or E, or iron deficiency, or the use of some types of depression medications, antibiotics, joint medications, blood or thyroid medications, or chemotherapy, but this type of hair loss is temporary, and when the cause is gone, hair growth returns Hair as it was again.
There is no baldness in women in the true sense of the word, or as is the case with men, men baldness is clear, but the hair in women remains the same, and covers the whole head, but the diameter of the hair is less than it was, so it appears light, especially in the forehead and front of the head, and more What happens in the forties, that is, after the lack of estrogen, because estrogen reduces the effect of the male hormone in the skin and the hair follicle area, but the hair follicle reaches complete atrophy when a woman reaches 80-90 years and stops producing hair completely.
