Gashi yana girma kimanin 15 cm a kowace shekara, kuma idan ba a girma a wannan adadin ba, wannan yana nuna rashin bitamin a jikinka.
Kuma dole ne ka maye gurbin jikinka da sunadarai da amino acid wanda gashinka ke bukata
1- Kwai: suna dauke da sinadarin protein, biotin da B12
2- Ganyayyaki koren duhu (arugula - barkono kore - avocado ....): suna ɗauke da ƙarfe mai yawa.
