Allergic rhinitis is actually a very harmful infection inside the sinuses and has multiple causes, and sometimes it appears after a cold, and it is often caused by fungi, dust, pollen, and sometimes the food we eat, and the moth in our luggage, not to mention some types of perfumes and chemicals that cause these allergies. .

Allergic rhinitis and its treatment:

1- Onions and garlic: They are both disinfectants, sterilizers and germ killers. Eating several molars of raw garlic and some raw onions daily is considered a successful treatment for rhinitis and its sensitivity, and it can rid the human body of toxins and relieve irritation in the nose.

2- Flax seeds: They, almonds and fish are also considered a successful treatment because they contain omega-3 that resist respiratory infections. They are taken crushed or boiled and their water is drunk daily until recovery, God willing.

3- Marjoram: This plant is boiled and drunk because it contains antiseptic substances that are effective against allergic rhinitis and inflammation.

4- Vitamins and Magnesium: Be careful to eat foods containing vitamins and magnesium found in vegetables and fruits, drinking plenty of water and using spices in food for their ability to stimulate blood circulation.

5- Household fumigants: Inhaling water vapor and drinking honey added to water in the morning before breakfast reduces the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

6- Surrounding environment: dusty places where pollen abounds should be avoided, in addition to paying attention to the cleanliness of pets and preferably staying away from them.

In all cases, prevention is better than cure. The patient should avoid everything that causes this allergy, such as dust, car smoke, medicines or food, to live in peace with this allergy, as its treatment is long-term in some cases.
