Professor Hiroshi Hirazumi confirmed in a press interview that the inactivity of the body's organs leads to aging at an early age.

Hirazumi said that many people are now suffering from unexpected pain in the body due to remote work, explaining that the vertical muscles that extend from the waist to the front of the hip joint, as well as the back muscles, become stiff and put pressure on the lower back.

The Japanese expert recommended starting to fight the “rust” of the body by practicing regular exercises to stretch the muscles, especially for the back and neck.

Hirizumi also noted that doing some exercise before starting any activity, improves blood circulation and helps nourish the muscles, which in turn will help slow down the aging process.

In addition to the Japanese advice, doctors and nutritionists recommend a high daily dose of an omega-3 supplement that may also help slow the effects of aging by suppressing damage and enhancing protection at the cellular level during and after a stressful event.

According to a recent American study, omega-3 supplementation contributed to what researchers call stress resistance, which is the reduction of damage during stress and after acute stress, and the protection of cell components that shrink as a result of aging.
