Moschino prepares the strangest collection for next season, scribbled clothes and flying butterflies!!!!!!

It is not the first time that Moschino has departed from the traditional framework to transcend the limits of logic and go beyond our imagination in fashion, and although his designs are bolder than some may accept, but it is undoubtedly considered a revolution every time, by all standards, after we were dazzled by the special collection last spring, when Moschino's creative director turned model Gigi Hadid into a mobile flower bouquet during the Moschino ready-to-wear show.

Attending today's spring collection, Gigi wears the bride's white gown that bears a veil of hundreds of colorful butterflies. It's Jeremy Scott, Creative Director of Moschino, who succeeded in presenting the strangest collections of Milan Fashion Week.

The strangeness that we are talking about extended to all the details of the show, including its main idea that dealt with what goes on in the preoccupations of fashion houses during the preparations for a new collection. As usual, Jeremy Scott used his hilarious ideas to present a set of looks that seemed to be made of white cardboard, which was decorated with black or colored scribbles executed with ink pens.

In the decor of his show, the designer evoked the atmosphere of the workshop of the late French designer Yves Saint Laurent in the eighties of the last century. He presented designs inspired by those adopted by this famous designer, most notably the dresses with geometric cuts and jackets with supported shoulders. Not forgetting Moschino's iconic youthful details, most notably the chain print, denim outfits, teddy bears, and straw bags.

Fun touches also invaded the evening wear that was introduced in the final section of the show. We have seen models in dresses still attached to the rolls of cloth from which they were made. And hats appeared in the form of sewing tools made by the famous hat designer Stephen Jones. Jeremy Scott also did not forget to return to the archives of the founder of the house, Franco Moschino, to find inspiration in the black dress decorated with golden sewing needles, as evidence that he appreciates the effort of seasoned tailors and what is known as “slow fashion” or Slow Fashion, although he describes his latest collection as “fun, fast and exciting” at the same time.
